Objective evaluations (English proficiency, IQ, seniority, and technical skills).
End-to-end management of hiring and related processes.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
Use services only for lawful purposes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and employment regulations when engaging talent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tackr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our liability is limited solely to the delivery of candidate shortlists, evaluation, and management services as outlined herein.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both Tackr LLC and Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared information. Personal and business data will be used only for the purposes of service delivery, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice of 15 days, provided all outstanding obligations are settled.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dover, Delaware.
